Private-beta terms.
Effective 17 August 2026. Pathsentra is currently an evaluation product, not a generally available paid service.
Product status
The public demo is illustrative. Private-beta features may change, fail or be withdrawn during validation. Billing is not active, and any future commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.
Controlled records
By starting a live test, the workspace owner authorizes Pathsentra to create clearly labelled synthetic contacts and appointments in the selected HighLevel location. The owner is responsible for choosing a test inbox and ensuring connected workflows will not contact real customers.
Acceptable use
Do not connect an account you do not control, provide credentials through chat or email, use Pathsentra for unlawful activity, or attempt to access another workspace.
No guarantee
During the private beta, Pathsentra is provided for evaluation without a service-level agreement. A successful test does not guarantee that every future customer journey will succeed, and a failure should be independently reviewed before operational decisions are made.
Ending access
Either party may end a private pilot. The HighLevel connection should then be disconnected or its token revoked, followed by a request to remove retained pilot data.
