Exactly what the pilot includes
- One agreed location. The pilot is limited to a single HighLevel sub-account.
- Seven scheduled runs. One Lead Path and Booking Path check runs daily for seven days.
- Controlled records. Each run creates one clearly labelled synthetic contact and one test appointment.
- Evidence. You receive the result, affected stage and timestamp for each run.
- No payment or call. No card is collected, and qualification can be completed by email.
What your agency needs
An active lead form and booking calendar in the selected location, approval for the scoped HighLevel connection, and permission to retain clearly labelled synthetic records during the pilot. Pathsentra uses only the permissions required for contact and calendar verification.
The exact schedule, record handling, success criteria and exit process are agreed in writing before any connection is made.
