PathsentraEvery lead journey, verified.
PRIVACY

Privacy information for the Pathsentra private beta.

Effective 17 August 2026. This notice describes the data used by the current website, beta request form and authenticated test workspace.

Information collected

The beta form stores the agency name, work email, approximate number of HighLevel locations and any optional workflow description submitted. The authenticated workspace receives the signed-in user identity supplied by ChatGPT and stores configuration, test-run, incident and evidence records needed to operate the product.

HighLevel test data

When explicitly connected and started by the workspace owner, Pathsentra creates labelled synthetic contacts and appointments and records technical results needed to verify the journey. The public demo contains only illustrative data.

Purpose

Information is used to review beta requests, configure approved pilots, operate controlled tests, diagnose failures and improve product reliability. Pathsentra does not claim to sell submitted personal information.

Retention and deletion

Private-beta records are retained while required for pilot operation and evaluation. Approved participants receive a direct support channel for access, correction, disconnection and deletion requests. Prospective users can use the contact route to request follow-up.

Changes

This notice will be updated before broader public onboarding, payment activation or any material expansion in data use.
